Beef back ribs marinated in a red wine based marinade, then cooked low and slow over wood. Alton Brown's corn pudding and collard greens as sides.

This was not another disastrous attempt at Halogen oven Yorkshire puddings. It was the previous disastrous attempt - I froze a few. They did not improve.

I tried some in the halogen too but the bottoms were soggy! I used dariole moulds. No photos...

Lunch today was hotdog with onions, dinner wil be an M&S curry and naan. Neither of us are in the mood to cook.
