With the help of DD, I made homemade braciole, meatballs, and tomato sauce.

And a cheesecake for dessert.

I cooked my first thing from scratch since my accident. It had to be an egg, of course. From a wheelchair - fried egg on sourdough:

This evening TVC served cheesy gammon, mash and cavelo nero, a recipe from Pinch Of Nom new book, it uses low fat cream cheese instead of milk and cream, very tasty.
