Mine is similar no vinegar but using pickle brine instead. Less oil too but that is just me.

the one we made last night was a double recipe with everything except for the oil doubled. I also added 4 small ladles of the saffron water to the mix to thin it as well.

Yes, that’s sweet potato (or is it yam? ) stuffed with mushrooms and spinach - three things I do not like. There’s also cheese, onion, and garlic in there.

I ate all of it…and I’m more stalwart than ever in my dislike.

Now I’m hungry.
