I think Ferrazuoli aka Fileja are slightly longer and spirally wound, whilst Casarecce have exactly that shape..

Yes, alfalfa sprouts. I like to have sprouts on sandwiches sometimes.

Saina....delicious Fijian snack food made here in my home kitchen. Maybe not the most photogenic street food item. Wasn't sure if it would work but was really happy with the result. There's a similiar thing called "saheena" in the Carribean, and "patra" in India.

A dear friend of mine will come for lunch, I made these savoury muffins with herbs (garlic, sage, rosemary and basil) with dried cherry toms as starter. I’ve mixed flour 0 and rice flour.

Sprouts are super nutritious and tasty. I like radish sprouts as well.
