I didn't thoroughly read the recipe for my lamb dish I was going to make last night, so I was short on an ingredient. We ended up going to 1 of the grocery stores we shop at to get BOGOs on bacon and ice cream for Craig, wings that were on sale for $2 a pound, and my short ingredient.

We decided to get takeout. Palamillo steak for me, ropa vieja for Craig, both with black beans and rice.

Just eaten a proper breakfast at Eggs Ahoy, or something like that. Corned beef hash, fried potatoes with onion and two fried eggs, served (curiously) with 4 slices of toast. Absolutely gigantic dishful, but I managed 3/4 of it.

We got sushi takeout. So much more economical to order it to go and eat at home. It was $166 with tip for the 4 of us. So good!
