Well, I did a total ditz. Last night's dinner was CRAWFISH etouffee, not shrimp. No idea why I typed that.

Butter chicken with naan. Ours has ground cashews in it, as well as chopped cashew garnish.

I tend to cut the chicken into "bite size pieces". Of course, that is relative to the size of one's mouth!
