Yes of course I'm writing it up! We ate at 11:30 last night. That's sauteed spinach. The lambshank was cooked in a garlicky marsala wine and mushroom sauce which was reduced and ladled over the shank and served over goat cheese infused mashed potatoes with some fresh parsley for garnish. I'm not sure if I'll write it up today or tomorrow but definitely will enter it soon.Hope you wrote this one up. What greens are those underneath?
