What did you cook or eat today (June 2025)?

Ribs but not really enough for two people so I pulled the meat off the bones, shredded it and had it as wraps instead. Well I had wraps Mr SSOAP had his as pulled pork buns.
Considering how poor those type of pre-made ribs usually are it was a pleasant surprise

I've now retired for the evening with a cup of tea and have only two episodes of Dexter left

I tried making patties out of the left over cabbage & potato mash, but failed miserably.
The end result looked more like scrambled eggs.
Luckily it still tasted okay

I had the same experience making arancini balls the first few times.

Well Morning Glory takes lovely photos that look professionally done, with great lighting and elegant presentation. rascal has had a crap phone with a dirty lens we suspect, and at times his photos haven't been the loveliest, so he was making jokes about now that he has a good phone camera he is going to stage his photography with flower petals and such...LOLOLOL
