Pheasant ballontine is a priority today and I'm trying to come up with a new dessert as well. I'm making a blue cheese (Saint Agur) icecream with an apple component of some kind, as well as a plethora of other prep at the restaurant, it's a seafood delivery day so process that as well. Cheers.
 
Not at lot to see really, but it was very very tasty.

Vegan (obviously) Cream of Leek and Potato soup. Decided against liquidising and had it as was.

The green and yellow bits are leeks because I don't believe in wasting foods just to make it all look white. The leeks were locally grown (9km away) and very tasty.
Ooh, I always like it chunky! Yum.
