No, it was given to us today by a couple we met here at the resort who are checking out tomorrow and had half a pie left. I ate 2 pieces, lol

I'm from Florida BTW. I lived there up untill 24 years ago, so yeah, I realize that key lime pie is made from key lime juice

Quite a few folk's don't. They use Persian lime juice and call it a "Key Lime Pie".

I've written the recipes up on CB. Recipe - Unstuffed Tahchin - Persian Baked Saffron Rice , except for the mushroom filling, just made that up (fried mushrooms in tiny amount of oil with garlic and stirred through a dairy free cream.

Will look your recipe up as well, I watched several variations of tahchin on youtube, seems very interesting...liking the approach of rice layers and a filling. Thank you!
