Greek shrimp kebabs and zucchini fans, with grilled vegetable orzo, with toasted pine nuts, dressed with a lemon vinaigrette and tzatziki. Vegetables are zucchini, asparagus, onions, and corn. Inspired by a recipe from Publix, a grocery store chain, but edited somewhat as we decided the additions of spinach, basil and feta were overkill. Definitely a make again!
