Its near impossible to find here. Is it easily available in Italy? I think I only ate it once, in France. I think its quite a mild fish, like trout?

Very nice. Grapes don’t get used enough in savory dishes, IMO.

Perch is difficult to get hold of in the UK unless you know a freshwater angler. It's a great fish and wish it was more readily available
