I think my OH might have cooked too much cauliflower! This is portion 5 from 1 cauliflower. And there is still 7 & 8 to come tomorrow!

Gone Hiking

Very jealous - wild garlic/ramsoms (allium ursinum) is a great foraged food. Unfortunately nothing in my area so have planted some in a container, hopefully they will give sufficient for personal use

Love the look of the mussels - one of my favourite foods.

I made crab cakes, as well, and put it all together with some saved wine broth and a slice of grilled French baguette.
