I looked up those kashmire chili's and they appear really similar to the Big Jim chili's I grow.Smoked chicken...
Portuguese spices (shop bought) mixed with kashmire chili on the skin and in cavity.
Then lots of limes in the cavity as well and in the smokey mountain.
Very tasty, got left overs![]()

I think the kashmiris are quite small in size - Big Jim is a NewMex type isn't it? But it's the flavour. Just looked it up - have heard of it - it's a cultivar - thought it was a hybrid. Was given some really amazing medium hot dried NM chile last year. So tasty, lots of seeds left, perhaps to grow.I looked up those kashmire chili's and they appear really similar to the Big Jim chili's I grow.![]()

Kashmiri chiles are about as long as your finger and are used more for colour than for piquancy. They're probably closest to a New Mexico chile, according to Camelia Panjabi.I looked up those kashmire chili's
Are they sweet?Yes, NM type. I've still got some from last year
