Wondered where the meatball thing comes from. Popular this side of the world often rather than ragu type sauces I'm more used to - spaghetti and meatballs for eg.I love lasagna with mini meatballs, it is a classic tradition from the Central-South Italy. And yes making tiny meatballs can took a lifetime but once finished and eaten, oh well all that work pays off
