What's your piri piri marinade recipe/method?

Quite simple
Lime juice, garlic, paprika powder, some form of chili powder or paste, fish sauce or salt
The fish sauce is not very traditional, but works well and helps to make the other ingredients into something a bit thinner than a paste.
Sometimes I use a bit of olive oil as well

For me it was very tasty and will certainly do it again and looking forward to using the Vadouvan spices again. The wife found it a little too hot - so will turn down the chilli next time I make it. Although I didn't think it was particularly hot! It was only

Two test cooks - kind of.
Pizza - have loads of mozz atm plus still had some mushrooms to be used. Dialed in the crust again after reading and now ejecting too many bake-pizza-at-home reads over the past year. And made some ricotta maison.
