Kind of like meat loaf except it has lots of liver. I make it occasionally but mostly cook it like you did. The loaf is good for making sandwiches.

A modest soup for lunch. Vegetable stock, carrots, peas, mushrooms, Spring onion, cabbage and fenugreek. A 15 minute soup really!

I've got a a bunch of fenugreek and should eat it more often. It's great for aging issues.
