oldest grandsons girlfriends mother runs a meal prep business out of her house. Everything I’ve heard is she is an amazing cook. Grandsons girlfriends does not enjoy cooking because she isn’t as good as her mom. It’s a confidence thing. She made a pasta dish for him and was so thrilled he went back for seconds.

That all looks great. One of the grandsons said there is one Hawaiian food he really likes. Misubi from 7-11. I have to say they were pretty good. He insisted 7-11 has the best on the island.

Flour Tortilla over the gas flame to char them, then filled with poached Chicken Thigh meat, Avocado chunks, diced Sweet White Onion, shredded sharp Cheddar Cheese & Iceburg Lettuce, muy sabrosa !!!!
That homemade `Rita was tasty too!

I need to have a go at making kibbeh. I absolutely love those things! Just looked and they're made with bulger wheat, which I've got 3 lbs. of. 🤠
