We went out, again... for TexMex, again. My sister eats out at least there nights a week. Today was the third day since Tuesday for her. I didn't go with her last night.

I had some fajita street tacos. I only ate two of the three, and a cup of black bean soup. I'll have the third for lunch tomorrow.

The plan is to go out for fried seafood tomorrow. :facepalm: I gain at least five pounds every time I come down here.

Yeah, but what? Half the time I genuinely have no idea what you've actually had...

(I've not eaten meat or fish since I was 11 years old, so can't identify things from a picture.)

Right now I've got tagliatelle (?) with tomato and ????
 
Yesterday was crazy busy for brunch I had planned on doing eggs 3 ways but what with d.i.l bought her air fryer to cook hashbrowns and daughter turned up with pancake mix and maple syrup. So by the time I got to cook a big pan of scrambled eggs (12 eggs) everybody just started helping themselves so I let it ride and didn't bother doing poached or fried eggs.
Fried tomatoes and shrooms in cream were my faves.
A few beans left over.
