Coq au vin is one of my favouritesMan, there are so many types of foods/dishes in this thread that I've never heard of. Love it!
I tried a fancier coq au vin recipe last night, after prepping and marinating the chicken the night before.

I had never heard of "turned" mushrooms until I watched the video, so I found another video on it and gave it a try.

A while later, I had a bunch of bougie mushrooms.

Maybe 45 to 60 seconds each. For special occasions, it's a nice touch.Coq au vin is one of my favourites
Love the turned mushrooms, was that time consuming to do?

I’ve tried doing that before - your effort turned out much better than mine. That’s all I’ll say about that.I had never heard of "turned" mushrooms until I watched the video, so I found another video on it and gave it a try.
Just adding some picsFire potatoes & sausage.
I was going to do some alu foil yard long beans, but decided I need a break from them.
So, just pork sausage (bought) and potatoes.
Picture is a bit out as I ate 3 potatoes and 1 sausage. All sausages are on the plate though, to dog-proof them.
While potatoes stayed near to the fire
