Yes, in USA it’s usually 22lbs on average, I tend to look for small birds so I know.

I can never find a bird smaller than 20 lbs. I want a 13-16 pound bird.

Pippi loves that ham! It's this one from Walmart.

It's really easy to make and there are endless variations.

Off topic. I love guava juice, make me look forward to my Hawaii trip. Of all the tropical fruit in Hawaii, Hawaiian papaya is my favorite. I get 5-6 per week when I’m there.

I forgot to ask you, where do you folks go in Hawaii?

We have a place called Cracker Barrel about an hour from us and they make Gritz. I tried them once and it was like eating saw dust, seriously.
