Wow! I thought I had read that you can't take a good picture of lasagna.
That bottom pic proves otherwise.
Is that some prosciutto I see?

Yep, it’s prosciutto cotto. I had some in the fridge in need to be used, thus I added it to lasagna.. guilty pleasure

But this is what I am considering the main course. Along with some warm cherry preserves.
