I got the loaf from a bakery. But you could make it at home.
I like seeded (sesame seeds) semolina bread when they have it.

Interesting. I never came across it. I don't think semolina can be used on its own to make bread but I could be wrong. I would think its mixed with wheat flour?

Still eating that barley soup. I'd rather eat it every day til it's gone rather than freeze it.
So... after another bowl this afternoon, something "light" for dinner. Probably mushrooms gratin. I have some crimini mushrooms I need to start eating before they turn on me.

Had a right rough day of it and only just made it to sitting upright a couple of hours ago.
Mr SSOAP went to the shops and bought some butter chicken. It was unbelievably good! But my view was probably skewed by not having eaten anything all day. Tasty though.

I think the amount of dressing is fine too.
