My ex-wife and I went to Brennan's in NOLA for the famous "Breakfast at Brennan's," and she had Oyster's Benedict. She loved it.

I made a quiche last week. Half for butcher. He didn't call in so I ate the whole thing.
So I made another one just now.
Tomato asparagus spring onions bacon and cheese. Its cooking now.
Wife doesn't eat asparagus. My gain!!

The pink salt and the black salt both just tasted salty to me. The smoky salt tasted like it had a little brown sugar in it. That was my favorite of the three.
