What did you cook or eat today (September 2021)?

Basic salmon soup (old recipe) with some extra condiments: herb stock cubes, leek, green capsicum/bell pepper, extra peppers (black and all spice), bay leaves and a hint of grated lemon zest and ginger.

We went to a lovely taverna for dinner we both wanted Greek salad, what we were given was half a garden each and a thick slab of feta cheese.
Sounds fantastic to me. Especially with a glass of chilled wine, some bread & the exact right weather for such a meal.

its a cold spring morning in Sydney and I’m dreaming of summer meals.
 
Went shopping and managed to have a blissful lunch alone at a new Dim Sum place I haven’t tried before. A lot of creative twists on old favorites:
