For lunch today I had a traditional British crisp sandwich. The only stipulation on a UK crisp sandwich (for most of us anyway) the crisps must Walkers..
They are great as the only filling but I prefer them with corned beef and in todays sandwich I had sliced corned beef with Heinz tomato sauce to go with the Cheese and Onion Walkers crisps - delicious!

Burger 🍔 with gem lettuce, burger relish (loved that), spring onions, American burger cheese, caramelised onion chutney and a toasted bun. It was AMAZING 🤩
Sorry no pic because with one thing and another I hadn’t eaten all day and wolfed it down, I think being famished took it up to the manner from heaven level 🥰

Have you ever done fried onion straws? You know, the little breaded fried onion strips? It's also quite nice.

That char siu looks sooooooo good!
I found a fat-ier Boston Butt at Walmart for the same price as our local Krogers aka Fry's here --- to me, I think that makes for a much better Char Siu. I can't find Pork Belly here in Cowboyville Arizona, that's really the best cut for Char Siu.

I think I'd like the Boston Butt more, I don't love pork belly. Too fatty IMO.
