What did you cook or eat today (September 2025)?

Last night I had some chicken cutlets. Decided on chicken piccata. Turned out great. Frozen French fries and frozen Italian ice cups we had in the freezer. Seven days with no grocery store trips. Making shrimp po boys tonight so I will need French bread.

The press and the photographers did a magnificent job. The recipes are all mine; I've cooked them dozens of times. The plating, on the other hand, I left to the chef of Casa Bistró. I'm absolutely thrilled with the result. Tomorrow, all Hell breaks loose :hyper: :hyper: :laugh: :laugh:

I was dubious my ancient unused instagram account would even let me in but due to the scary powers of facial recognition I was allowed to have a viewing 😊

What a lot of work went into all that, looks delicious.
