I think they include everything pre-made so you can assemble them yourself. If you show up at the truck they can make it for you to eat on the spot, I think.

The truck goes to Cleveland. They get mystery shopped but it's too far for me to bother with.

Edit: I just looked, it is a normal food truck that can make them on the spot but they do package it up separately so someone can assemble at home.

Last time I had lobster was when Wally World had the tails marked down to $6 about 3 years ago. I bought both of them. 😋
 
I can't remember who I used to order live lobster from. Somewhere in Maine.
I seem to have a problem carrying "Favorites" over from computer to computer to where I can still find them, lol.

I had a nice reasonable place in LA, too, for mudbugs.
