I LOVE those nice plumb hand formed ("bumpy" not perfect round), juicy burgers. Can't find those at diners around here. Seems like they are all cooked from frozen, preformed, perfectly round, rubber hockey pucks.

I don't always use balsamic, and more often than not I don't.I had to get her to try it as I havnt tried it before. The balsamic has to be to her tastes.
