I LOVE those nice plumb hand formed ("bumpy" not perfect round), juicy burgers. Can't find those at diners around here. Seems like they are all cooked from frozen, preformed, perfectly round, rubber hockey pucks.

I like mine with cheese, ketchup, pickle slices and either cooked in the burger drippings or raw onions (depending on my stomach).

Warm, it's aglio, olio and pepperoncino Spaghetti Aglio Olio e Peperoncino (20 Minute Dinner!) - Connoisseurus Veg . I made it with fresh chilli though, I think that it's important to use fresh ingredients for something as simple as this dish.
