The last of the braised tofu off my sister.
Added to a double portion of rice (Palestinian upside down ???)
Which went into the oven on timer, to turn on whilst I was in a lecture. This batch didn't have the rice cooked all the way through, so needed more than a reheat.
We had a quarter each with veg.

The tomatoes are still coming. I made this sauce using only ingredients from the back garden. Except for only a bit of olive oil to get things started.

Broccoli with blades Broccoli n Cheddar soup as a sauce and Crispy chicken.
Went down extremely well. Three heads of broccoli between three people (one head went into the sauce) and there was none left, everyone had seconds
Not photogenic but very tasty. Made minor changes to make it into a sauce to make it more saucey and less soup like but I’ll put that on the thread where the recipe is.
