Do you think in Montreal, they just call it "Steak Seasoning"? Also, when Chinese people get Chinese food, do they just call it "Caucasian"? And why is it called "Writing a check" and not a "Yugoslavian"?

I have always asked for the bill. They aren't exactly writing me a check are they?

So, my fajitas got kicked up a few notches tonight.
I had found a sauce in the store called Herdez Guacamole Salsa. Usually I just spoon some sour cream or taco sauce on them, if anything, but I picked up a jar of the Herdez because it was buy the flour tortillas. And wow. Very nice. I chilled it first.
I'm going to have to find some other uses for this. Or make fajitas more often.

Aldi has a nice selection of tortilla chips. I like the lime and salt one.
