Making biscuits and sausage gravy with fried eggs for our 3:30pm breakfast. Just finished coffee.

Trying to make up my mind about dinner. I have fresh cilantro I need to use up so maybe something Mexican--shrimp tacos maybe?

We're leaving now and have tomatoes...

SW souffle omelette with fillings of red bell, onion, garlic, black olives, leftover pork tenderloin from the freezer, and cheddar. Craig also had green bell and jalapeños. Watermelon chunks and hashbrowns for sides.

It's what was on our table for supper... along with a small side salad of each diners choice as well as some Italian Bread from Walmart (really good bread!).
DH said that I shouldn't go to the trouble of making my own Meat Lasagna anymore, this is very good.
And coming from him, that's a mighty big compliment Trader Joe's!!

-edit - it says that this 2 pound box is four portions, they're not kidding!

My wife recently had shoulder surgery. A friend of hers brought over a pan of lasagna. I’ve always been happy with the ones I’ve made or my wife made. This friends lasagna was by far the best I’ve ever had. I must get her recipe.

I would be sliced into small pieces and fed to the fish if I ever bought frozen lasagna.

The ones in the box picture are assembled layer-by-layer by food stylists. The closest you can get otherwise is to cut chilled squares of it, then microwave it on a plate; if you scoop hot lasagne out of a pan, you're not gonna get any even-sided shapes.
