It's like our Chinese takeout over here. A good bit of it is unknown in China. Doesn't keep me from eating it.Before anyone chimes in, I don’t care what parts of it are ‘authentic’
This takeaway does a mighty fine job of it’s fusion fare and I can’t wait!!

I sometimes buy little jarred things because they’re new items or I just like the jar, and both were true in the case of a red pesto that I bought from ALDI a little while back.
I used some yesterday in those bread twists I made, and I used the rest this evening to dress some penne. Worked out well, I think.
P.F. Chang's sesame soy chicken and Chung's vegetable egg rolls. The egg rolls were good. The yellow stuff on the side is hot mustard for them. The chicken was edible, but I was really hungry. Craig ate a couple of the chicken pieces and refused to eat anymore.

Lamb disco fries! I had leftover meat and juice from the lambshanks we had the othernight and I made a gravy with the juice to pour over crunchy crinkle fries. So good!
