What do you do with mustard leaves?

The grocery around the corner from where I live is doing some renovations, rearranging areas where things used to be, and stocking up on more stuff.

I discovered that they've begun stocking mustard leaves, and as I'm a fan of the condiment, I want to do something with the fresh stuff.

But what? The only recipe I know comes from Mara Wilson's tragically awful smoothie. I have just never gone to grocery stores that stock such a wide variety of things that I could find mustard leaves regularly.

I'm sure it's quite different than mustard the condiment.

What can I make with this ingredient?

I have had to look this one up, but the general consensus seems to be to treat them the same way as you would any other greens (kales, spring greens, pak choi, spinach ) etc and steam, boil or sauté them if they are large, or even to eat them raw if they are young and tender. There are also many different varieties which all fall under the category of mustard leaves or mustard greens
