What do you make with your pastry scraps?

Last time I had pastry scraps, I had a cooking apple in the fridge, so I made an apple pasty. Today I resorted to making a raspberry jam pasty becuase I coudn't think quickly enough to invent something from the random ingredients I had in the fridge or store cupboard. I wanted to use the oven while the pie I'd made was cooking. When my daughter was young and up to her leaving home she would enjoy making a few jam tarts.

So what do you do with the pastry scaps and trimmings from making a pie?
 
Good question. I have some pastry scraps in the fridge which I really ought to use tomorrow. I sometimes make cheesy pastries - I just sandwich some grated cheese between two layers of pastry and bake.
 
Well, here is my bit of left-over pastry. Lets see what I can do with it tomorrow!
