Could be - not heard of it but looks very similar to popular molten chocolate desserts/puddings which are delish. No reduction and no condensed milk tho. Good contender for recent chocolate recipe challenge

Was thinking that yesterday after I plugged the ingredients into Duck ai and it came up with brownies! But I thought, nah, that would be really silly!!

Swiss chocolate hazelnut cake and Swiss chocolate sandwich cookies.
