Sometimes the best way to learn or improve a foreign language is making an impression 
and I am grand at this. I laugh at myself when I pronounced sheets bed in the worse way!

We have a new colleague in our Manchester branch, he is here today and introduced himself. A full on scouser (from Liverpool) and he promised not to steal anyone car wheels 
Just heard this on my Instagram feed and I laughed for about 10 minutes
There's a class at school and the teacher asks for stories with a moral.
Little Johnny says:
" My grandad was in the first World War, in the trenches with 11 others. The enemy started shooting and all 11 of his mates were killed. My grandad was left with a bottle of whisky, 12 bullets and his bayonet. He drank the whisky, shot 12 of the enemy dead, and bayonetted another 48."
The teacher said:
"Goodness! That is one inspiring story, Johnny! What is the moral?
" Don't mess with my grandad when he's pi**ed"
