As I wrote privately to him, I thought he was referring to a photo he had posted. I have the member in question on ignore so don't see their posts. Therefore, it looked like Barriehie was referring to his own post.

Technically, yes. Realistically, does it matter? No, not by any means. The photo has to be registered for any copyright protections to be enforced in the U.S. Do you register every photo you take and post? No, of course not, nor do the vast majority of people.
