In the spirit of Wimbledon fortnight I bought a punnet of strawberries and looked to the internet for the best way to serve them.
It suggested that I halve the strawberries, dust with icing sugar, and pile cream on top.

A word to the wise - pile cream tastes disgusting.

Does anyone remember the television advertisement (I think it was Plumrose) - The kid going to the shops reciting "chopped ham with pork" over and over again?

When he finally arrived at the shop he asked for "plopped ham with chalk".

Advertisements were simple in the sixties.

What's Plumrose?

I know what you are saying, just different players in the play.
