It appears that the dogs are driving the car and approaching a signal-lighted intersection.

When a signal goes from green on its way to red, there's the moment when it's on yellow. When that happens, it's common for a backseat driver to say, "Speed up, it's yellow, you can make it before it turns red!"

In this case, one of the passenger dogs is telling the driver dog to speed up because the light is yellow, except that since he's a dog, he's colorblind, so...

"Punch it, bro, the light's gray!"

It's funny because it's dogs in the car, and it's funny because a dog would see the light as grey instead of yellow.

Oh... OK. :) I thought dogs could see a sort of yellow but it was red that was the problem colour. 🤷‍♀️
