After 36 hours at O´Hare, one sudden cancellation, one long delay, one missed flight and a lost suitcase, you can add United to that list. Their website says that their mission is "fly right, fly friendly, fly together, and fly above and beyond." That should probably be changed : "To fly, or not to fly? That is the question! And we don´t give a toss!"
