Yesterday, things not sold in stores. A bag of superfine roasted blue cornmeal and more wild greens. Overabundance of of wild arugula atm.it. May blanche and freeze some ahead of expected colder weather. Anyone frozen it?

Ok in quickly cooked dishes I would think?You can freeze arugula however it could be a bit soft once you defrost it

Me too! The ones I get are around 28% fat so I figure that into the price of the actual meat you get, still a deal!I like cheeks![]()
