FedEx??? Still trying to make it fit.

I cooked it just enough to make it last a bit and bringing it up to temp again will finish cooking it. Given that I've got what I can't afford I'm going to have to try something other than just a stew, or BBQ ribs. Has to be special... 🤔

So many dishes.
Birria is amazing and there are many Mediterranean and North African dishes that are less spicy. Roasts and that sort of thing.

Thank you! Fairly familiar with Mexican foods living so close and among for so long I'll think I'll try a birria with some of the leg meat. Have to go North African next, lots of African flavors here already! 😎
 
There's a classic Venezuelan dish called "Tarkari de chivo" - basically, a goat stew with a bit of curry powder in it.
I'll send you a recipe if you want to try it.
Mexican recipes might include a birria, a chivo guisado (goat stew) of a mole de chivo (goat with a mole sauce). Your local Mexican place will definitely be able to give you some advice on that.
Ecuador will offer you a "seco de chivo" which is a (fairly) dry sort of stew with notable sweet & sour ingredients.

Apparently I took my eye off the courgette for 30 seconds.

Good haul on yellow beans for tomorrow nights tea.

And the veg plot resembles a jungle. Tomorrow i get to rescue the tomatoes. Also needed for tomorrow's tea. This is meant to be the way in! 😆

And I rescued some figs from the birds. They've find them, so I had to pick them even though they're not fully ripe. I'll turn them in to fig molasses.

The curry powder one jumped at me and then I brain farted to the jar of homemade curry paste I've got. I think I'll give that a go. 🙏
