Each member has a "Local Time" setting. That is the time it is for that member right now, in their (home) timezone.
To the left of each post, immediately below the date the member joined, is the member's local time (in desktop and tablet views).
On a mobile, due to limited screen space, you need to tap the user's avatar.
What to do if the wrong time is showing for you?
Head over to your own preferences (click on your name at the top right, then select Preferences)
And check your Time zone. Amend it accordingly and remember to save the changes.
