Not sure yet. Probably continue with the rewatching of Boardwalk Empire. We are almost done with season 1. I think we watched it back in 2012 the first time? IDK. It's funny how much one can forget in 10-15 years. I still watch Law and Order reruns that I have most likely seen before but don't always remember if I did or not.

Paid from Amazon Prime by mistake, so $1.99 for a week, I got to watch a great program, but, now we're done, so I cancelled Prime!!!

I’m sure thats what he was talking about but he said Goochong paste. Is there another paste? Or is James Martin just being James Martin?

He is being James Martin. Not as bad as Jamie Oliver who stated in an episode of 15 minute meals that allspice is a mix of spices and pronounced turmeric as 'tumouric'. He is not the only chef to do the latter though.

Not very good recipes in this episode from James Martin. I think he was more seduced by the biking atmosphere.

Really good movie about the Kursk incident. Leaving shortly, for me anyway.
I'd recommend catching it.

Agreed they were very much on the hoof, not thought out, slung together skits.

Having been there during the classic TT I can completely see how you would be trying to throw together a cookery programme as quickly as possible so you could get back to the biking

I quite liked the Kipper soup though. It was a nice kipper Cullen Skink.
