We loved the first season of that, but not the second.

Last night (delayed/shortened a bit by work) was Lidia Poët and Changing Ends.
msmofet - if I have it right, I think you’re a fan of Miss Scarlett (and No Longer the Duke)…you might like Lidia Poët, as it’s a similar concept (period piece set in Italy, woman in a man’s world situation - Italy’s first female lawyer, based on a real person, but the stories are complete fabrication, of course). It’s on Netflix.

Night before last, we started a new show, Dalgliesh, UK crime drama set in ‘70’s London, so lots of sideburns and cigarettes and groovy shirts.
Last night, we watched the movie Miss Potter, which gets higher-than-usual marks for historical accuracy - it’s not up there with a documentary, of course, but it’s portrays most things more or less as they happened…which is a lot more than most of these movies can manage.

Found some boxing - two Mexican welterweights - great bout. Now I'm going to see Manny Paquiao, who, at 48 years old, should not be even close to a ring. Well, you never know!
