What will you be watching on TV tonight (2025)?

We are watching a Billy Joel 2 part autobiography narrated by BJ himself and produced by Tom Hanks called "And So It Goes". Really good.
Just finished watching the last of part 2. I think it's the best music documentary I've ever seen. DH agreed. If you like Billy Joel you'll enjoy it.

Will be watching the new Dexter episode in a few. Then Warehouse 13.

Watched another Babylon 5 episode and a very haphazardly put together horror-fantasy film called Forbidden Empire (Viy in it’s original Russian title).

Yikes, what a slipshod bit of storytelling that was! Some really spooky cinematography, I suppose, but a confusing story that had us both saying at the end, “Ok…I know he’s the bad guy, but I’m not quite sure why…”

Last night was another Into the Dark movie on Hulu - They Come Knocking. It was entertaining, good horror, but the ending was unsatisfying. We’ve really liked all the movies in the series so far, but this one was our least favorite.

They spared no expense on the graphics.

I just watched the film ‘Late Shift’
I’ve never seen such a realistic depiction of what nursings really like.
medtran49 if you fancy reliving some of the horrors of a bad shift it’s all there. Not overdone, just as it is, well apart from one scene with a particularly difficult patient towards the end of the film cos that just wouldn’t happen!
It’s so realistic I had to stop the film and have a break 😂

Nah, I had enough dealing with patients. It's bad enough yelling at the TV when somebody does or says something that's just wrong.

Amazingly this isn’t wrong, it’s all crazingly accurate! But yeh I get what you’re saying. I don’t watch any medical drama’s at all.
I just heard this film started a political sh*tstorm and had droves of nurses going to the cinema to see it so I wanted to know what was going on.
