Hot chocolate and schnapps make frequent appearances here between October and April.

Same here - peppermint schnapps and butterscotch schnapps are both good.

Problem is my husband loves butterscotch schnapps so much I have trouble keeping them stocked!

Tried a different recipe for my Skinny Meyer Lemon Drop:
1 oz. Meyer Lemon Juice
1 oz. Skinny Simple Syrup
1 oz. Kirkland Brand Orange Liquor
2 oz. Kirkland Brand American Vodka

I think that the Orange Liquor is more Orange forward than I like in my Lemon Drop.
I think I'll go get me another bottle of that supermarket, cheap-o Triple Sec, just for this cocktail.
