I'm drinking coffee and water at the moment. Last night was Buckeye vodka and cranberry juice. Not sure what I will be drinking tonight, probably beer to go with the chili. I know MIL would faint if she knew that I wasn't cooking her baby boy a decent Easter feast, but hey, I did buy him sushi takeout last night so he's fine with it.

I think every State in the US has at least one Vodka made there. I don't know who started this trend, but it may have been Tito's in Central Texas.

A lot of the smaller vodka distilleries in Texas, and I'm sure all over the US, switched to making hand sanitizers when we had that big shortage at the beginning of Covid.

Lightly dirtied lol

1 oz of fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, 2 oz of vodka , teaspoon of cherry juice , a dash of lime juice, shaken... Then a couple dashes of bitters.

Only 46% but a lovely, lightly peated drink.
