Mine is a hand forged gyuto made by a knife smith in Osaka. Unlike the traditional white and blue steel blades, this one is formed from a tool steel. Nothing made in Europe or America can compete with it. It is a personal treasure.

Because it doesn't seem to bear any relationship to you other than being at a beer and sausage morning which is impossible to tell - and its not a particularly appealing photo imho - not as bad as rascal's though...
Well, I love that little dog, I played with him the whole morning, and he cheers me up every time I see that pic, so I’m afraid he must stay.
Besides, that’s how my tongue looks most days.

Fair enough. I was expecting dog lovers to come flocking in your defense!
